Reprint Form I-20

Please submit a reprint request if your Form I-20 is lost, stolen, damaged, or you need an updated travel signature (travel signatures are good for 12 months, 6 months on OPT/STEM OPT)

This request is only to reprint your most recent I-20. If you require an update to your I-20, please select the appropriate update request. 

NOTE: J-1 students please find the request for Reprint Form DS-2019 in the Request Center. 

You can complete the Reprint I-20 Request in the Request Center of the ISSS Portal.
